We currently ship to all states and territories within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working towards expanding our coverage in the near future.
3. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For generator units and bulky items, processing may take slightly longer due to packaging and coordination with logistic partners.

- Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly communicated on the product page or during checkout.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with reputable courier and freight service providers, including but not limited to:

9. Failed Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
