2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete:

- We will assess the issue and offer one of the following:

- A full refund
Please do not discard the packaging until we confirm the next steps.

- If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind or incorrect order, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
